Easter Bunny

The day before Easter we went to a big egg hunt where there were blow-up bounce things, pony rides, face painting, free hot dogs chips candy, balloon animals, and egg hunts for the kids. We got to the place on time and well it was not much fun in the end. We stood in line for 20 min for the girls to go once down a big bouncy slide, Jordan got a balloon dog, Erin was sad she didn't get one then. Nathan's egg hunt started. He found 4 eggs before he found a pile of dog poop. I took Erin to get her own balloon dog so we missed the start of her age group egg hunt -one of the other parents said go 5 min early and so we missed all the eggs. Erin cried and then the egg hunt director let just the kids who didn't get eggs go for 3 min before the next group. Both girls got eggs then. So off to other activities. The food was gone and the face paint line was 20 min per kid and we were 4 back. so i didn't want to wait. We finally convinced Jordan that she can get her face painted at home. Off we went to the store to get hotdogs and chips. Getting in the car was crazy because we parked next to the pony rides. The line was 20+ min long. The kids cried while getting in the car but soon forgot all about it when we got to walmart and saw the Easter bunny. Jordan said, "Wow i didn't know the Easter bunny was at Walmart, Did you?"
Here is the free pic of the kids with the Walmart Easter bunny.

Your story gives me anxiety. Remind me never to go on one of those egg hunts. It seems like it would be easier to design your own egg hunt in the back yard. The Walmart Bunny looks FREAKY! I don't know about him... but the kids seem to like him! Next year, just go to Walmart!!
